ACP is currently raising Augusta Capital Partners Fund II (“ACP Fund II”) focused on energy, energy transition, and water related investments. Augusta Capital Partners Fund I (“ACP Fund I”) delivered above market returns on an aggregate $25MM in seed investment which was valued at a PV10 of $430.8MM at Limited Partner exit. ACP Fund I realized a 71.5% unlevered internal rate of return versus the targeted benchmark of ~20%. For ACP Fund II, Augusta has aggregated over $2.8B of off-market investment opportunities spread across 28 individual companies exclusive to ACP.
